0800 - Senior Tack & Turnout (Branch/Centre alphabetical order)
0830 - Briefing for ALL team trainers (Junior Teams/Pairs Representatives who are unable to attend the main briefing must inform the Official Steward who will give an additional short briefing prior to the start of the competition)
0915 - Senior Parade
0930 - Senior competition starts
1130 - Junior Tack & Turnout (Branch/Centre alphabetical order)
1200-1300 - Lunch break
1315 (approx.) Junior Parade
1330 - Junior competition starts
1500 (approx.) - Pairs T&T/safety check
Pairs parade and competition to start as soon as Junior final finishes.
Penning:
The fee for penning is included in the entry fee and all are invited to pen. There is no limit on the number of spaces available, so you do not need to notify us if you are/are not penning.
Entries:
DCs, Team Trainers, or designated entry makers can enter and pay for their Teams, then add or update rider details anytime before entries close. If your Team changes after the entry deadline, you do not need to inform us, as up-to-date declaration forms are still required on the day of the competition. However, please include rider and trainer details before entries close so we can assist with checking Membership status and Coach accreditation.
